About DCG Advisory Group
Not a theorist. Not a generalist. An operator who has built talent functions from zero inside regulated, high-growth environments — and has the results to prove it.
About Danielle
Danielle Greene didn't start in a boardroom — she started in the work. Over the course of her career in life sciences and regulated environments, she built talent functions from the ground up, eliminated agency dependencies that were costing organizations millions, and earned a seat at the executive table by delivering results that spoke for themselves. DCG Advisory Group exists because that experience shouldn't stay inside one company.
I've done the work at every level. Built the systems. Managed the chaos. Reported to the board. That full-stack experience is what gives the judgment its edge — I know what's actually broken because I've been inside organizations exactly like yours.
I don't just assess your TA function — I diagnose the actual problem, which is often different from the presenting problem. The rigor means nothing gets papered over. You get clarity on what's driving the issue and exactly what to do about it.
The goal isn't to make you dependent on DCG. It's to build something intentional — governance, infrastructure, a real hiring culture — that creates growth, stability, and sustainability long after our engagement ends.
Most companies wait too long — until the chaos is undeniable and the cost is visible. The right moment is now, at the inflection point, before the problems compound.
